Your Mission

As a Security Management Trainer, you'll be at the heart of our training delivery, helping professionals grow their skills and confidence. Your role will include:

  • Delivering engaging training at our Birmingham centre, client sites in the UK, and internationally.
  • Collaborating with Sales to provide industry sector expertise when talking with clients.
  • Designing and refining course content, both for classroom and eLearning formats.
  • Supporting learners throughout their journey, offering guidance and tutor support.
  • Assessing and quality assuring coursework to maintain our high standards.
What You\'ll Bring

We\'re looking for someone with a strong foundation and a passion for teaching:

  • A Master\'s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • A recognised training qualification (e.g., AET, Petals).
  • 5+ years\' industry experience.
  • Proven experience delivering training.
  • A valid driving licence and passport for travel flexibility.
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A positive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to excellence.

If you hold Assessor and/or Internal Verifier qualifications this would be very beneficial.
