A leading education provider in Sunderland is seeking a qualified Trainer Assessor in Construction to guide apprentices through their initial steps into the industry. You will be responsible for coaching, assessing their progress, and ensuring compliance with apprenticeship standards. The Apprenticeship Directorate is looking for a qualified and experienced Trainer Assessor in Construction. Applicants for this post should have drive, enthusiasm, possess excellent interpersonal, I.T. and organisational skills and be mobile throughout the northeast region as this role involves travelling to employer premises and working across college sites.
As a Trainer Assessor you will be the one that nurtures and supports apprentices through those first steps into industry and equipping them with the skills, knowledge and behaviours required.
This role will work with a cohort of Level 2 and Level 3 apprentices and their employers, conducting progress reviews, training and assessing on the competency elements of the apprenticeship and being the main point of contact.
Due to the nature of this post, you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
