Job summary

National Windscreens in the United Kingdom is looking for a Training Assessor to join our team and deliver high-quality training and NVQ assessments for technicians across multiple locations. You will focus on technical proficiency, customer service, and compliance with industry standards.

You will work with the Regional Director and branch managers to tailor training to local needs, stay up-to-date with windscreen technology, and maintain accurate training records, ensuring a positive learning

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised NVQ Assessor qualification (e.g., Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) and/or recognised training qualification.
• Relevant industry experience and knowledge related to the NVQs being assessed.
• Be computer literate, well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapt to changes in the education and training landscape.
• Proficient in the use of IT systems and software for assessment and record-keeping.
• Work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Act as a role model of Cary Group UK’s values.

• You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessing of technicians working towards NVQ’s, with a focus on technical proficiency, customer service and compliance with industry standards.
• Operating within the specified region the role with close collaborations with the Regional Director, Branch Managers, and other stakeholders to tailor training to local needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Staying current with windscreen technology, conducting assessments, giving feedback and maintaining accurate training records.
