Job description

As an L&D Coordinator / Trainer with us, you'll design engaging e-learning and bespoke training programmes that support airlines around the world in protecting passenger travel. In this home-based role, you'll design and deliver impactful training programs. If you're creative, proactive, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!


BASIC SALARY: Up to GBP35,000

LOCATION: Predominantly home-based, with travel to various UK locations and internationally as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION: L&D Coordinator, Trainer


Reporting to the Head of Learning, Development & Projects, you will facilitate and deliver face-to-face training across the UK and internationally, requiring flexible travel. Responsibilities include:

  1. Creating new courses for our e-learning library and bespoke client programs
  2. Sourcing best practices and exploring new functionalities of current software
  3. Staying current with e-learning trends
  4. Developing our training academy and courses
  5. Managing client seat groups, course allocations, and requests
  6. Reviewing and updating course materials and supporting employee development

PERSON SPECIFICATION: The ideal candidate will have experience in e-learning content design, managing client training groups, and providing excellent client support. Knowledge of WCAG requirements is beneficial. Industry experience is not necessary, as training will be provided.
