A leading travel retail operator in the UK is seeking a Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programmes that enhance operational excellence and develop people across the business. As the Trainer for Lagardère Travel Retail UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging training programmes that drive operational excellence and people development across our business. From customer service and leadership development to retail knowledge and compliance, you'll help ensure our people are confident, capable, and aligned with our company values.
