We are recruiting Trainee Residential Youth Workers to join our team in children’s residential care homes and Independent Living settings.
You will work with young people aged 11 to 16, who are in the care system for various reasons and have a range of disorders, behaviors, and needs. We seek individuals with confidence, patience, and skills to make a positive impact on their lives.

We are looking for flexible, reliable, and engaging individuals eager to work in a specialized environment. Full training and qualifications are provided to suitable candidates.
A driving license is advantageous, as you may need to drive the unit car to take young people to destinations like family contacts, school, and social activities.
This role offers full-time and part-time hours within a zero-hour contract, with opportunities to progress to full-time employment.
Applicants must complete an enhanced DBS check with Fulbridge Social Care and attend an induction program before placements, unless already registered on the national DBS database.
