Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • To build, from a detailed drawing, sealed system wiring harnesses in a production environment to a high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Prototyping on car and building first harness with minimal information to specify components for volume production builds
  • Make recommendations during builds to ensure best practice and HCI Codes of Practice are always followed.
  • Full training will be given.

You’re able to read and understand drawings and schematics, work flexibly to meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues. You approach challenges with confidence, think practically to find solutions, and adapt well to change.
