Minimum starting salary 27723.87 per annum

Weekly Working Hours : Annualised hours Operating Mon-Sat with Shifts Ranging from 7.30 am -6.00 pm (Rota provided in advance)

Hours : Around 40 hours a week

A full UK Manual driving licence (Required)

Start dates : From January 2026

As a Technician youll either be based in one of our branches or out in one of our fully equipped vans. Every day youll help customers get back on the road repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards and delivering exceptional customer service. Whilst also offering them the opportunity to buy extra products such as wipers and rain repel. Youll go further to brighten their day and in return well give you all the support training and equipment you need to do thrive in your role and grow your skills.

Our Technicians come from all sorts of backgrounds including retail hospitality logistics driving roles and the motor industry. As long as you have good customer service and sales skills youll fit right in! Whether youre a school leaver or changing careers what matters is that youre self-motivated great with people and eager to learn. If youve got strong customer service and sales skills a full UK Manual driving licence (Required) and the right to work in the UK well teach you the rest.
