Work can include searches to check whether a trade mark is available to use, registering new trade marks, leading on oppositions to trade mark registrations, advising on infringement and other enforcement action, and advising on aspects of copyright, anti-counterfeiting, designs or licensing. This is a unique role and career path that will allow you to be a legal and commercial adviser to your clients.
