  • A practical mindset and willingness to work with tools.
  • Previous hands‑on experience (construction, maintenance, landscaping, or similar) is a plus but not essential – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
  • A strong work ethic, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 penalty points).

  • Working at heights of up to 15 metres (prior experience welcome but not required, however you do need to be comfortable doing this).
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally.
