You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing critical survival equipment for aircrew in demanding environments. As a Trainee Technician - Survival Equipment, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be part of a specialist team maintaining and repairing critical survival equipment for aircrew operating in demanding environments. This is a hands‑on, highly skilled role where you’ll be trained to work on everything from protective flying helmets and night vision devices to life preservers and fire‑retardant clothing.

This role is full time, 40 hours per week (08:00am – 17:00pm) and is based on site at RAF Shawbury.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. However, the successful candidate is eligible to start on Standard (BPSS) security check.
