Teaching Personnel in Bournemouth is offering a Future Teachers Programme for graduates aspiring to work in education. You will join a secondary school as a Cover Supervisor, supervising classes with tasks set by the teacher and gaining insight into teaching without active planning or marking.
Start anticipated in September 2027. Benefits include a Monday–Friday 8:30–15:30 timetable, placement fresh out of university, and the opportunity to gain a PGCE and QTS while being paid.

The successful Future Teachers will work in a secondary school in Bournemouth as a Cover Supervisor. You will be required to cover lessons during the short term absence of the teacher who will have set suitable work for the duration. The role of the successful cover supervisor is to supervise the class whilst they complete tasks set by the teacher. This requires no active teaching, marking or planning but will ensure that a high quality learning experience is delivered to all students giving you a real insight into working as a Teacher.
