Experis IT invites engineers to join the Experis Academy Systems Engineering programme in Aberdeen. This 20-month, fully paid upskilling and development pathway offers employment with the UK's leading air navigation service provider and a structured training plan.

As a Systems Engineer trainee you will work across the full system life cycle, alongside experienced engineers, and develop skills in safety-critical ATM systems.

Qualifications

• Hold an HNC (Level 4) in engineering or equivalent engineering experience.
• Experience in an engineering, technical, or safety-critical environment.
• Willingness to undergo security clearance and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support ATM systems lifecycle activities from conception to sustainment.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyse and solve complex issues.
• Assist testing, commissioning and technical documentation tasks.
