Marlowe Fire & Securitys Trainee Sprinkler Engineers
As a Trainee Sprinkler Engineer you will be hands‑on from day one assisting with installation and service works across multiple disciplines while being fully supported by experienced qualified engineers.
You’ll earn while you learn, complete a structured training programme and gain recognised qualifications all while working on real projects that make a difference. With clear career pathways, ongoing mentoring and the reassurance of always being accompanied until fully competent this role offers the perfect environment to develop into a skilled and confident engineer.
During your first six months you’ll receive industry‑leading training delivered by our expert team at Marlowe. This includes a blend of classroom‑based learning and practical on‑the‑job experience at some of our most prestigious client sites. You’ll be mentored by a dedicated and experienced Engineer ensuring continuous support and professional development throughout your training.
