Job description
Main Purpose of Job

To learn testing techniques and assist in ensuring that software released is of an acceptable quality, in line with both the company and customers’ requirements.

To learn and contribute in the creation of automatic testing scripts for different technologies.

To learn and assist on the design of tests for unit testing, integration testing, system testing and operational acceptance testing.

Key Tasks
  • Willing to learn and understand existing tests and automatic testing scripts
  • Willing to learn and extend existing tests and scripts
  • Assists in producing scripts for automatic testing
  • Willing to learn how to debug testing scripts
  • Willing to learn tracking systems and document versioning systems
  • Willing to learn UML logical designs
  • Dedicated to progressing and learning new skills, sees learning and progressing towards more senior positions as one of his/her duties and is keen to make efforts in this field
  • Accepts challenges in the day to day work and maximises the learning experience
  • Does constant research to gain knowledge and actively queries more senior team members.
