Job summary

A prestigious car dealership is seeking a Trainee Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves managing service enquiries, meeting customers to identify their needs, and providing updates throughout the day. You will also upsell additional services and perform inspections prior to handover. The ideal candidate will bring experience as a service advisor within a franchised dealership and have a positive attitude towards customer service. Long-term career progression is offered.

Qualifications

  • Must have current experience as a car dealership Service Advisor.
  • Preferably with a prestige brand experience.
  • Must possess excellent customer handling skills.
  • Must have a valid driving licence.

Trainee Service Advisor Role:

  • Manage all service telephone and Walk-in enquires
  • Meet and greet customers, qualify and identify customer’s needs for at vehicle drop-off
  • Progress and update the customer throughout the day
  • Discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer. Advise, and forward diarised unsold work
  • Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to customer

About You:

  • MUST have current experience as a car dealership Service Advisor, within a franchised main dealership
  • Preferably with a prestige brand experience
  • Must possess excellent customer handling skills
  • Positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
  • Must have a valid driving licence
