A leading estate agency in Northwich is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to begin a career in property sales. You will receive industry-leading training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre and work closely with clients to guide them through the buying process. The role offers an OTE of £30,000 with uncapped commission and numerous benefits, including a fully-funded Level 2 Estate Agent qualification and career progression opportunities.

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual or automatic car.

Overview

Your journey as a Sales Negotiator will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay

We are looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator in Northwich. Compensation
  • £30,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
