Cars2 Ltd is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to proactively assist customers in choosing their next car and to deliver an outstanding level of service. The role involves guiding customers through the sales journey, with a focus on building rapport and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You will join a growing dealer group, benefit from an employee-owned culture, and have access to a range of training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a full and valid UK driving license.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to work in a busy, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in selecting the right vehicle and accompany them through the buying journey.
• Maximise sales opportunities by following up prospects with enthusiasm.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers for repeat business.

• 5 Day Working week on Rota System
