A dynamic and fast-growing insurance brokerage is looking for ambitious and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Trainee Sales Advisors.

The Role

As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for both inbound and outbound sales enquiries. You’ll learn the full sales process and work with customers to identify the right insurance solutions, delivering an excellent level of service throughout.

The Package

Basic salary : £18,500–£19,000

Guaranteed bonus : £400 per month

OTE : £27,500–£35,000 (uncapped commission)

Hours : 40 hours per week, shifts between 9 : 00am–7 : 00pm, plus every other Saturday (9 : 00am–2 : 00pm)
