A leading insurance broker in Gloucester is seeking motivated individuals for a Renewals Team role. This position offers full training, a structured career pathway, and the opportunity to transition to a permanent role after 6 months. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. The job involves maintaining client relationships and ensuring policy renewals. A hybrid work model is available, allowing 3 days at home and 2 in the office.

Hybrid - 3 days from home, 2 days in the office
Full time - 39 hrs per week
