Job summary

Responsibilities

Develop specialist knowledge: learn your chosen technical or engineering sector and build credibility with candidates.
Build candidate relationships: identify, engage and qualify candidates and develop a strong network.
Deliver recruitment assignments: match candidates to opportunities and manage the recruitment process.
Develop commercial skills: learn recruitment sales, negotiation, business development and account management.
Build your own market: work towards managing an established candidate database and client relationships.
Work to high standards: develop commercial awareness, attention to detail and understanding of recruitment compliance.
Represent Adepto: demonstrate the company values in interactions with colleagues, candidates and clients.
