Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: North Hykeham, Lincoln

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 (No on-call)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: From £26,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits

About The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering staffing solutions to a wide range of clients, while helping candidates secure rewarding employment. This is a full 360 recruitment position, encompassing both business development and candidate management. We will teach you the skills required to give you the best start on your journey.
