We re growing our high-performing team in Havant and looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with proven sales and customer-facing experience who s ready to make their mark in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

This role is all about building business relationships, generating new opportunities, and driving growth - while learning the full 360 recruitment process from day one.

What you ll be doing:

  • Proactively identifying, qualifying, and winning new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand hiring needs
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from job brief to placement
  • Marketing vacancies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Registering and supporting candidates through the recruitment process
  • Working to (and exceeding!) weekly and monthly sales and performance targets
