Overview

Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer. Since opening our doors, we've enjoyed month on month growth; we are now in a position to grow our team. We are on the hunt for an exceptionally driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer to work out of our Portchester offices. It is an exceptional opportunity for someone keen to get into the world of recruitment, with the visibility of what it means to be part of a boutique & growing recruitment agency. Your role will be varied; no two days will be the same, and we will teach you all there is to know about recruitment to develop your skills and understanding of the recruitment process.

So, what will you be getting involved in? With the assistance of the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Growing business with both new and existing clients
• Qualify candidate's suitability for a position and person specifications to maximize each opportunity for placements
• Arrange and attend Client Meetings
• Understand the requirements of each client & successfully match the right candidate to the right opportunity

Qualifications

• You'll be confident on the phone with coachable telephone skills
• Confident talking to an array of different types of people
• Be technically savvy; know your way around Outlook, Word, Excel etc
• Have the drive & passion to deliver consistent results
• Be willing to learn
