Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Bristol. The role offers a base salary of £28,000 plus uncapped commission with an OTE of 50K+ in Year 1, plus 25 days holiday and a rapid progression path.

Full training is provided to develop you into a confident recruiter and future leader across the UK and beyond. The successful candidate will join a young, ambitious team focused on business development, client growth and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
