What you will do

Are you a Recruitment Consultant looking to progress into management? Or, maybe you are looking to start your career in the lucrative world of recruitment?

Role scope and training

In this role, we will teach you how to manage your own recruitment business and take full control over lead generation, candidate selection and the recruitment project lifecycle. You will work closely with the directors and senior management to gain guidance and hands-on development to progress professionally and personally toward leadership roles.

This role would suit a Graduate or Trainee who wants more and is prepared to work for it, with a track record of hard work and resilience.
