Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Desk

Pertemps Enfield is looking for an ambitious and motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Industrial division. Key Responsibilities:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained and supported across all areas of the recruitment cycle, including:

  • Assisting in full 360 recruitment within the industrial sector (warehousing, logistics, manufacturing).

  • Attracting and sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and direct outreach.

  • Screening CVs, conducting candidate interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

  • Supporting the management of temporary and permanent roles from initial briefing to successful placement.

  • Building relationships with clients and understanding their staffing needs.

  • Assisting with compliance, onboarding, and shift coordination.



What We’re Looking For:

You don’t need previous recruitment experience, but we are looking for individuals with the right mindset and drive to succeed.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

  • Target-driven with a focus on delivering excellent service to clients and candidates.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration is a plus but not essential.
