The Role Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Become a leading expert within the Tech space, focusing on AI, Software and Cloud
• Bring on new business by negotiating with some of the biggest clients in the industry
• Consult your clients on the market and how to keep up with current hiring trends
• Source candidates to join your clients company via advertising, networking, and cold calling
• Interview the candidates yourself to know they are strong candidates
• Organise conversations between candidate and client
• Receive a job offer for your candidate and make some commission!!

The Incentives Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• £28k base salary + 40% commission no threshold
• OTE in year 1 - £50k; year 2 - £80k+
• Quick progression promotion within 6 months and another within a year
