The team will teach you what you need to know to stay up to date with market trends. You will have the opportunity to work alongside multimillion-pound billers, with top performers on target to hit £3 million by the end of 2025.

• Interviewing/screening candidates
• Guiding candidates throughout the interview process and providing feedback
• Business development including cold calling potential new clients
• Building strong relationships with clients
• Understanding clients’ hiring needs through meetings with new and current clients
