Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + commission/bonus scheme

Job Description

We're looking for a Trainee/Recruitment Consultant to join our Manufacturing & Automotive team. This role is open to:

• People who are new to recruitment and keen to learn
• Recruiters with 1 year+ experience looking for their next step

This is a development role: you'll begin by focusing on candidate attraction and delivery, plus passing business development leads to our dedicated BD Executive. Over time, you'll be fully trained and supported to grow into a 360 Consultant role - managing both clients and candidates confidently.
