Why this role is perfect for aspiring recruiters

You’ll start by supporting experienced recruiters — learning candidate sourcing, client communication, and everything in between. Once you’re confident, you’ll step into a full 360 recruitment role: speaking with schools, matching candidates, and building your own desk.

No recruitment or sales experience? No problem. Our structured training programme and supportive team will guide you every step of the way.

This is a sales-based role, so you’ll be working towards revenue targets and KPIs. You’ll need to be confident on the phone and comfortable building relationships — but don’t worry, we’ll train you, as long as you bring the drive and determination to succeed.
