The Role:

• Full training to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant within Rise Education
• Learn sales, negotiation, influencing and business development
• Develop relationships with colleges, universities and specialist training providers across the UK
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and develop your own specialist client base
• Source, interview and represent high-quality candidates
• Understand what genuinely motivates people and help them make the right career move
• Manage the complete recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Become an expert within your specialist market
