Salary: £25,000–£26,000 + uncapped commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30 & 08:30–17:30

Location: Elmbridge Court, Gloucester

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across all recruitment stages
• Match candidates to roles, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and candidates
• Support payroll, compliance, and pre-employment checks accurately
• Identify new business opportunities and support service delivery
• Contribute to achieving branch and individual targets through proactive service

To be Successful

• Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
