As demand continues to rise, we’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Permanent Recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent. This is a fast-paced position suited to someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in helping people find the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct telephone screenings and initial interviews to assess suitability
  • Write and post compelling job adverts
  • Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records
  • Build strong talent pools and nurture long-term candidate relationships
  • Support consultants with shortlisting and coordinating interviews
  • Provide an outstanding level of candidate care throughout the process
