Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Home based

We are a dynamic, growing permanent recruitment business looking to grow our team of consultants. This role will be a home based position and would suit someone looking to find their first role in recruitment.

We specialise in commercial recruitment and work at management level across multiple sectors, but the background of the right person is not important.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in a customer‑facing role (face‑to‑face or over the phone). This could have been gained full time or part time, for example alongside studying.
