Are you looking to develop your skill‑set and join one of the fastest growing dental groups in the UK? We have an exciting new opportunity for a Qualified or Trainee Dental Nurse to join at our Cambridge practice, working part time, three days a week.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 08:00 - 17:15
(You will be required to work 2 Saturdays per month)
Our Dental Nurse team sits at the heart of our business and we firmly believe that being a Dental Nurse is a vocation - not just a job. As such, we are always looking for ways to invest in your continuous professional development.
We will fund your Dental Nursing Qualification; this is a nationally recognised qualification leading to Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC). Registration fees, Indemnity cover and Continued Professional Development are also funded. The course can take up to 18 months to complete but can be achieved earlier if you are focused and self‑driven. Our focus is to create a structured programme that allows you to continually develop and achieve your career goals in a supportive environment using surgeries and equipment that are to the highest standard to assist in your learning.
All we ask is you stay with the business for at least 2 years following qualifying - we want to work with you and support with your growth and development in your new role as a Qualified Dental Nurse.
Your GDC registration fees will be funded and you will have access to full foundation clinical material from day one. This includes courses in Radiography and Implant Nurse training. Medical indemnity is provided along with funding for CPD courses. Our focus is to create a structured programme that allows you to continually develop. Our surgeries/equipment are to the highest standard to assist in your learning.
You will provide clinical support to dentists, hygienists and patients, assist with reception or any clerical duties as required and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by your practice manager.
