Job summary

A health and wellbeing service provider is seeking Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to assess and treat individuals with common mental health issues. The candidates will receive training in CBT-based interventions at Sheffield University, completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Interventions. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a degree, and mental health experience. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply soon due to high interest. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of mental health working experience, including voluntary work.
  • Good knowledge of mental health risk assessment.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of safeguarding and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat people with common mental health problems.
  • Deliver online, telephone, and face-to-face screening.
  • Contribute to the achievement of annually set individual and team targets.

Education
