A mental health service provider in the East Midlands offers a fully funded position to train as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. Successful candidates will gain clinical experience while studying at the University of Lincoln. The role includes mandatory attendance at university and a hybrid working model to engage with patients. This position is ideal for individuals with a degree in a relevant field and a passion for helping others in mental health settings.

In this role, you’ll undertake a fully funded Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Post Graduate Certificate or a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner UniDip (depending on your previous level of study) through the University of Lincoln. You’ll spend 1 day a week (Wednesday) studying at the university, and have 1 study day a week, with the remainder of your time gaining clinical hours and practical experience in our service under the guidance of experienced clinicians.
Our experienced managers and supervisors will guide your development. We have an excellent track record of supporting trainees through the course and into qualified roles.

The position is open to both undergraduates and postgraduates. For those without an undergraduate degree, you are required to have previously studied to Level 5 and be able to demonstrate your ability to work at Level 6 by completing an essay, which will be reviewed by the Programme Team.
