You’ve got solid experience handling property claims domestic, commercial, or both. You’re probably Cert CII or Cert CILA qualified (or close to it). You’re ready for the next step with more variety, more responsibility, and a path to grow. This is that step.

Responsibilities

• Join a supportive team handling property claims from cradle to grave. This is homebased and involves managing domestic and commercial losses, virtual site visits, speaking directly with policyholders, and making informed decisions.

Progression and Field Opportunities

• Over time, train and develop into a field-based adjuster, handling your own visits and tackling more complex losses.
• The company will support you with further qualifications and real progression, not just lip service.

Requirements

• A driving licence is required for when you move into the field. For now, focus is on building the right technical foundation and getting used to performing the role properly.
• Driving licence (required when transitioning to field work).
