Job summary

K10 Apprenticeships is offering a Project Manager Apprenticeship as part of the Thames Water Shared Apprenticeship Scheme. The role blends office work with site visits and requires 18 months of training across the Thames Valley region.

Training includes Level 4 Associate Project Management, with EPA after 18 months, and driving requirements to access various sites. Applicants should be English/Maths competent at GCSE 4/C or above, hold a full UK driving licence, and have the right to work in

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Level 2.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Residence in England for the last 3 years and right to work.
• 18+ due to site H&S rules.
• Not enrolled on any other courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating project activities.
• Support projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project progress and report on performance, milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and records.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Assist with resource planning, budget monitoring and task allocation.
• Identify and upscale project risks and issues where appropriate.
• Support quality assurance, continuous improvement and lessons learned activities.
• Work in line with organisational policies, legislation and governance requirements.
