Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Trainee Project Engineer in Winchester. The role blends office and site work supporting HVAC projects from enquiry through to completion.

You will engage with customers, coordinate materials, prepare quotations and gain hands-on experience through structured training. Ideal candidates have a mechanical/HVAC or engineering background, are looking to move into a project/sales engineering path, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Are you from a Mechanical, HVAC, Engineering or Technical background looking to step into a customer-facing role where you can develop your career long-term within a growing and supportive company?

In this varied role, you will split your time between the office and customer sites, supporting projects from start to finish. This will include meeting engineers on site, surveying projects, preparing quotations, organising materials, liaising with customers and supporting the commissioning and handover process.

This role would suit a Graduate, Apprentice-trained Engineer, Junior Project Engineer or Mechanical Engineer looking to take the next step in their career within a stable company that offers progression and further training.
