Job description

As a placement student in our Accounting and Finance team, you will play a key role in processes and deliverables. You will be fully integrated into the finance team's shared services function covering Accounts Payable. This placement will strengthen your working financial knowledge and give a unique perspective of the workings of a finance function in a fast growing multinational business.

What You'll Do

• Submitting invoices and creating settlement runs for supplier payments on ERP system
• Setting up expert payments in a timely manner on bank portals
• Managing day‑to‑day supplier and expert queries on payments
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collecting and processing staff expenses
• Processing and reconciling corporate credit cards
• Assisting with Bank Reconciliation reviews
• Where relevant, carrying out ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications

• A strong interest in a future career in Finance or Accounting

• Proficiency in MS Office or Gsuite skills

Eligibility
