Montu UK in Winnersh is seeking a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser to join our frontline team and learn the dispensing process while supporting pharmacy operations. You will be trained to dispense medications accurately, maintain stock, and assist in delivering excellent patient service.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, teamwork, and professional growth, with a comprehensive training program that aims to develop you into a qualified dispenser within approximately nine months.

The Role:

As a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be supported and trained to carry out duties such as:

• Learning how to dispense medication accurately while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

• Supporting the Pharmacy Operations Team with stock control, inventory management, and dispensing processes

• Assisting in the delivery of exceptional service to patients and healthcare professionals

• Developing the skills to maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacy

• Paid Training so you will be a fully trained Pharmacy dispenser in around 9 months

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 1 year

Hours:

• 40 hours per week

• Monday to Friday, full-time
