Job summary

Phoenix Group is seeking a Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser) for the Buckley branch. You will learn on the job while assisting in daily pharmacy tasks, supporting customers and patients, and developing skills through qualifications.

You will gain Healthcare Assistants Course (level 2) and Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualifications as part of the progression, while contributing to community pharmacy services and patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and willing to learn in a patient-facing role.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle medicines accurately.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Participate in branch processes and build relationships with customers, patients and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in delivering pharmacy services where appropriate.
• Be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy within the community.
• Contribute to day-to-day operations and provide value in a busy community pharmacy environment.

Total Working Hours: 14hrs - FTC 12 months
Working Pattern: Tuesday 09:00 till 17:00 Wednesday 09:00 till 17:00
