A regional law firm in the UK is seeking a Trainee Paralegal to support its Corporate & Commercial team. In this role, you will assist solicitors with various administrative tasks and gain experience in corporate transactional work. The ideal candidate will have a positive mindset and excellent communication skills, along with a willingness to learn. This position offers a supportive environment and opportunities for professional development within a progressive law firm.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Paralegal to join our growing Corporate & Commercial team. This is a key role in our Corporate & Commercial team to support the existing Paralegal and assist with administrative tasks and gradually learn the role to become a Corporate Paralegal.
You will join an established team of 7 and provide the solicitors with administrative support whilst building up experience and training to support the corporate fee earners in the team with paralegal aspects of corporate transactional and company secretarial work. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for progression within an administrative role with the ability over time to progress into a fee earning role with the full support, training and supervision from the wider team. Please note we are not looking for a graduate who is keen to become a Solicitor.
To be successful in this role you should have experience in administration duties ideally within a Legal team.
