Job description

Are you passionate about colour and design? Do you thrive in a dynamic and friendly environment? Are you ready to unleash your creativity and elevate your career? We are currently looking for a Trainee Paint Sprayer to join our busy team in Nottingham!

As a Trainee Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying paint and stain finishes to an array of products, including GRP composite doors and PVCU frames. Your expertise in using spray guns and other equipment will enable you to create smooth, even surfaces that meet desired colours and appearances. In this role, you will prepare the products for spraying through sanding, filling, masking, and cleaning. By following detailed instructions and specifications, you will ensure that quality and safety standards are upheld throughout each project.

Hours of Work: 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday and 7am - 1pm on Friday.

Trainee Paint Sprayer Requirements:

1. You are a very clean and tidy worker.
2. Hardworking, reliable, proactive, and mature with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
3. Fast and accurate worker.
4. Attention to detail - a passion and pride in delivering excellent work.
5. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
6. *(Full training will be given where necessary.)*

Trainee Paint Sprayer Benefits:

1. Starting at £12.30 per hour (depending on experience) + £1 p/hour bonus after 1 month of service.
