Job summary

Well Pharmacy, part of Bestway Healthcare, is seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our Scottish team. You may be considered as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant or a Qualified Pharmacy Assistant depending on experience.

The role focuses on friendly, organised customer service and supporting safe dispensing alongside our pharmacists. We welcome applicants with an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• Essential that you are friendly and well organised with a passion for customer service.
• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification is required for the Qualified Pharmacy Assistant role.

Responsibilities

• Work with Pharmacists and store teams to ensure efficient delivery of pharmacy processes.
• Assist in the safe dispensing of medication and provide expert customer advice.
• Build relationships with customers to support their healthcare needs.

Main Responsibility

Working alongside our knowledgeable Pharmacists and store teams, you will be instrumental in the efficient delivery of pharmacy processes to ensure our customers are really taken care of. This role maintains a high level of competence to ensure the safe dispensing of medication to customers as well as being the experts that our customers can rely on.

The Ideal Candidate

We're happy to consider either aTrainee Pharmacy Assistant or aQualifiedPharmacy Assistant for this role. Whether you're just starting out in the Pharmacy industry or if you're already qualified we're looking for someone who is friendly and organised with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Building relationships with your customers is key and you’ll play an important part in meeting their unique healthcare needs.
In order to be considered for theQualified Pharmacy Assistant role itis essential that you already have a NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services orequivalent qualification.
