Overview

Trainee NDT Workshop Technician. Fantastic opportunity to train in our NDT department and in our cylinder shop to obtain accredited NDT qualifications and also DOT qualifications. Working for a multi-million-pound organisation which has supplied industry leading Engineering and manufacturing services to the Aviation market for more than three decades.

Responsibilities

• Non-destructive testing of various aircraft components
• Inspection and testing of various oxygen cylinders
• Prepare workshop reports and material reviews to allow the purchasing and commercial departments to create customer estimates

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Must be over 21 to obtain non-destructive testing approval as per civil aviation requirements
• Be computer literate and have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Be a team player and can listen to our trainers and learn from their extensive experience
• Have a keen interest in aviation
