Trainee Mortgage Advisor Opportunity

This formidable Trainee Mortgage Advisor opportunity is designed for highly ambitious individuals looking to advance their career as a Mortgage Advisor.

A truly unique opportunity for you to earn £75,000 in your first year, leading onto £100,000 - £200,000 in your second year! The first class training, high quality leads and infrastructure they have built means that numerous Advisors within the team are earning £300k - £500k per annum.

These earnings do not come without hard work; however, if you are willing to give it your all, you will reap the rewards. Our client generates in excess of 2,000 high-net-worth prospects per month, shared across the team. On average, each Mortgage Advisor arranges £40m-£50m of lending per annum, collectively achieving £3bn+.

Lead volumes continually increase through their expanding lead providers, so you will never be concerned about where your next enquiry comes from. Success depends on discipline and conversion.

You will receive full initial training and ongoing weekly sessions. By week 3, you will typically be providing mortgage advice to clients, mentored by a Senior Mortgage Advisor earning £200,000+ per year.

This is an office-based role in Hammersmith, working in a large open‑plan office with a seminar room and roof terrace – perfect for end‑of‑week socials.

Trainee Mortgage Advisor Earnings

• You will need to cover your financial commitments during the initial months.
• You will start making sales from week 3 onwards; it takes time for commissions to land in your account.
• After 4 months, you should receive approximately £1,000-£3,000 per month.
• Between 5-12 months, you should be earning approximately £5,000+ per month.
• 12 months onward, you should be earning approximately £8,000+ per month.

Ideally, you should be able to prove your targeted sales background. If you don't have a targeted sales background, you need to explain why you are right for this job.
