As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you'll begin by supporting the team through administrative duties, gaining valuable insight into how mortgage cases are managed and processed – an essential foundation for a successful career in mortgage advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study toward your CeMAP qualification
  • Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare and send documentation to clients and lenders
  • Upload client information to internal and lender systems
  • Accurately input data across multiple platforms
  • Handle incoming calls and assist with client enquiries
  • Support the team with daily administrative tasks
  • Use Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) confidently and effectively

The Role

This is a permanent, full-time office-based position in Perth.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (some flexibility may be required during busy periods).
